Here are the timetables until Sunday 8th November as we keep up with the changes in restrictions.
OT = Outdoor Training at Lower Plenty Primary School
Zoom = you know the deal
**Due to limited class sizes, we ask you to commit to the session, or if you have to cancel, please give as much notice as possible to allow enough notice for anyone on the waiting list.
Please make sure you read the covid updates prior to coming to class
SWEAT: Cardio session, get ready to sweat.
STRENGTH: Using weights; Low impact class (no burpees!)
SHRED: High Intensity Interval Training, using weights and bodyweight exercises.
PILATES: Balance, control and strength
CORE: Low impact strengthening
PLAY: Get fitter, stronger and faster. This session mixes up HIIT, Tabata, YGIG, circuit and a whole lot of FUN!!
Young Athletes: Sports conditioning; increase fitness, strength to prevent injuries on their return to team sports. Get the kids game ready!

With over 15 years experience in the industry, Erlina brings a wealth of knowledge and a whole lot of sass!
Erlina and I used to work together, and I've been trying to get her to work with me again for years, so I am so excited to welcome this little pocket rocket to the team!! She is a whole lot of fun, but don't let this sweet face fool you, she can be a Drill Sargent when she wants to be!

Young Athletes Program
With the recent time off sports, it's important that our junior players do the necessary training prior to returning to sport to ensure they are game ready.
Young Athletes Program will increase fitness levels and improve overall sports conditioning, which involves two primary goals:
1. Improve athletic performance (including speed, strength and power).
2. Prevent or reduce incidences of athletic injuries.
Let's help our players safely get back to doing what they love!

NEW Small Group Personal Training Sessions!
These sessions will be held in the studio with a maximum of 6 people.
Rain, hail, or shine - these sessions will always go ahead (whereas the normal group training that is on the timetable will be outdoor training only for the near future due to covid restrictions).
Sessions will be run by either myself or Erlina.
Save on the cost of Personal Training at just $25 per person per session.

In accordance with VIC Gov guidelines, we have restricted class sizes.
There will be no sharing of equipment, physical distancing will be enforced when we are outdoors and back in the studio. Members are required to bring a towel, mat and well as a pre-filled water bottle as our water fountains will be out of action.
All members are to use hand sanitiser upon arrival.
Members are required to wear a facemask to and from training, and may take it off while exercising.
A face mask worn by instructor at all times
Very limited sharing of equipment, and if shared, equipment must be cleaned after each person has used it.
You’ll be given access to wipes/sprays and paper towels in your studio to use before moving to the next station.
A record is kept of every single person who trains and the time of their attendance.
No children are permitted to the sessions
Due to limited class numbers, we ask you to be diligent in cancelling out of your classes at a reasonable time.
Equipment will be sprayed with disinfectant by trainers between every class, and as much as possible during each session.
After every class, we’ll disinfect all high-touch surfaces
Please make sure to practice social distancing when training. Follow the markers placed around to maintain a safe distance. If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the studio until you’re symptom-free and fever-free for three days.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19.
If you feel unwell or have any concerns about coming in to the studio, please stay home and stay safe.
We’ll welcome you back when you’re healthy and feel comfortable coming back to see us.
