PLAY Health & Fitness
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all members and visitors of PLAY Health & Fitness. By signing up for a membership, class, or using our facilities, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Membership
* Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
* Members must be at least 16 years old unless otherwise approved by management.
* Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable (except as required by law).
* Any overdue fees may result in suspension of access until payment is received.
2. Cancellations & Suspensions
* Direct debit memberships may be cancelled with 1 week's written notice.
* Prepaid memberships are non-refundable once started.
* Memberships may be placed on hold (suspension) for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks per year.
* Please check expiry dates of purchased packs (10 Packs have a 3 Month expiry)
3. Health & Safety
* You confirm you are medically fit to exercise and agree to train at your own risk.
* Please wipe down equipment after use and return weights to racks.
* Appropriate workout clothing and footwear must be worn at all times.
4. Conduct
* Respect staff, members, and equipment.
* Aggressive, intimidating, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
* The gym reserves the right to terminate memberships for breach of conduct.
5. Personal Belongings
* PLAY Health & Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
6. Classes & Training
* Class timetables may change without notice.
* To ensure fairness, members may be refused entry if arriving late to class.
* Personal training services must be booked and paid for separately unless included in your membership.
7. Liability Waiver
* You acknowledge that exercise involves risks, including injury.
* PLAY Health & Fitness, its staff, and contractors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages, except where required by law.
8. Privacy
* We collect personal information only for membership administration and safety purposes.
* Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
* PLAY Health & Fitness may update these Terms from time to time.
* Members will be notified of significant changes by email or notice at PLAY.
