Q. I'm unfit / injured / perimenopausal - is this for me?
A. Every class at PLAY is scaled to YOU. Our trainers know how to adapt exercises for injuries, energy levels, and different stages of life.
Q. Do I need to follow a strict diet?
A. You will receive a recipe book filled with simple meals - no boring food and no restrictions (which means no missing out on wine).
Q. What if I can't make it to every class?
A. The challenge is about improving your average week, not being perfect. Our classes run multiple times per day, plus you will get support online.
