We build fit, strong, resilient bodies, using intelligent and sustainable methods. Our classes are designed to bring a smile to your face, releasing those happy endorphins and improving your mental health.
 
We start with correct technique and building strong foundations, once you have all this in place, then we can push a little harder. 
 
When it comes to adults, it's about un-training years of poor movement patterns, geting you moving correctly and pain free. 
When it comes to kids, it's about setting them up with the right technique from the very start to prevent injury and watch them fly!

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 24 years. I am a wife, a mother of two amazing girls, and one fur baby. And I absolutely love my job and all the people that have come into my life because of it.
I firmly believe that life is meant to be enjoyed. Exercise should be fun, not a chore. I want to show you that life is more enjoyable when you can move better; you are a happier person when you eat better; and I want you to feel great about yourself.
Life is too short to feel crap!

Kirtley Searies

Kirtley is an absolute pocket rocket! There is honestly nothing this woman can't do!

By day, and integration aid at a primary school, and in her spare time, she runs marathons, is the mother to 3 incredible kids, and a personal trainer, dog lover, and avid rugby league supporter.

Erlina Dowling

I’m fun! And that is true! That also makes me a fun trainer :) But I can be a “drill sergeant” when needed :)

 

I am a mother of 2 beautiful young girls and loving it (most of the time).

I love food, occasional wine, movies, dance and outdoor activity of any type. I prefer mountains over beaches. I also love my 2 dogs, cats and partner (most of the time). Did I mention I love wine? :))
