Are You Ready To PLAY?

At PLAY Health & Fitness we believe that every BODY should feel and look great.
Every session at PLAY is designed to help you feel better.
Our approach to health and fitness is straightforward: Eat well, play more, and laugh often.
We focus on building fit, strong, and resilient bodies using intelligent and sustainable methods. Our classes aim to bring a smile to your face, release those happy endorphins, and improve your mental health.
We begin with correct technique and building a strong foundation. Once you have that in place, we can gradually increase the intensity.
MOVE better | FEEL better | LOOK better | PLAY better
TRAINERS

Marlena Porter - Owner and Director of PLAY Health & Fitness
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 27 years. I am a wife, a mother of two amazing girls, and a border collie named Otis.
I absolutely love my job and all the people that have come into my life because of it. I firmly believe that life is meant to be enjoyed. Exercise should be fun, not a chore. I want to show you that life is more enjoyable when you can move better; you are a happier person when you eat better; and I want you to feel great about yourself. Life is too short to feel crap!
