We begin with correct technique and building a strong foundation. Once you have that in place, we can gradually increase the intensity.

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 24 years. I am a wife, a mother of two amazing girls, and one fur baby. And I absolutely love my job and all the people that have come into my life because of it.
I firmly believe that life is meant to be enjoyed. Exercise should be fun, not a chore. I want to show you that life is more enjoyable when you can move better; you are a happier person when you eat better; and I want you to feel great about yourself.

By day, and integration aid at a primary school, and in her spare time, she runs marathons, is the mother to 3 incredible kids, and a personal trainer, dog lover, and avid rugby league supporter.
