During the 21 days, you have access to unlimited group training, come to as many classes you can; there is no minimum amount of times you should come, but I suggest anywhere between 3-5 times a week, choose what is sustainable for your lifestyle.
Receive emails, have access to the private Facebook page with videos and resources to educate and guide you along the way.
