Our approach is not "go hard, or go home".
It's about learning correct technique and gaining strong foundations, once you have all this in place, then we can push a little harder.
When it comes to adults, it's about un-training years of poor movement patterns, and often rehabilitation to have them moving correctly.
When it comes to kids, it's about setting them up with the right technique from the start to prevent injury and watch them fly!

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I am a wife, a mother of two and a lover of life!
I firmly believe that life is meant to be enjoyed. Exercise should be fun, not a chore. My goal is to help people to regain responsibility for their health through intelligent movement coaching, creating positive lifestyle habits.
I want to show you that life is more enjoyable when you can move better; you are a happier person when you eat better; you feel great about your self when you look better; I want to show you how to be the best you that you can be.
I understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get to your goal at the right pace.

I’m fun! And that is true! That also makes me a fun trainer :) But I can be a “drill sergeant” when needed :)
I am a mother of 2 beautiful young girls and loving it (most of the time).
I love food, occasional wine, movies, dance and outdoor activity of any type. I prefer mountains over beaches. I also love my 2 dogs, cats and partner (most of the time). Did I mention I love wine? :))
