Our PLAY challenges have always been health-focussed rather than bod-focussed, but the truth is we all have a pair of jeans that could fit a little better, or a dress that we want to fit back into.
This next challenge is the perfect opportunity for you to kickstart the next 2 and a bit months working towards a summer fitness goal. Do you have a “Fit”ness goal to run 5k’s, run a marathon, or deadlift twice your bodyweight? Or, is there an out”Fit” that you want to look fab in?!

Walk daily

Increase your protein

Follow Macros for your goals

Reduce or remove alcohol and refined sugar

Get your sleep.
No More Fad dieting.
